Category:It’s that time of year when the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International®, (FMA) recognizes manufacturers that are serving excellence to the industry — and both happen to be FMA members. Dalsin Industries in Bloomington, Minnesota, is the recipient of The FABRICATOR®’s 2020 Industry Award and Bill Hickey, chairman at Lapham-Hickey Steel in Bedford Park, Illinois, is the recipient of the Association of Steel Distributors (ASD) 2019 Steel Executive of the Year Award.
2020 Industry Award
Since 2008, FMA and its flagship publication, The FABRICATOR, have been recognizing companies in the metal forming and fabricating industry that have successfully improved operations, attained business success, and contributed to both the local and industrial communities with an Industry Award.
Dalsin Industries’ approach to embracing change with new sourcing plans, new technology, and new product lines has led the metal fabricator to enjoy robust growth over the past couple of years and earn it the 2020 Industry Award.
