FMA compiles a number of industry statistics to serve as benchmarking tools. These survey products provide details on capital spending trends, salaries, hourly wages, benefits, financial, and operating measures to give your company a competitive edge.
All data submitted remains confidential. Reporting comparisons are made based upon demographic similarities such as organization size, location, sales volume, area population, and type of company.

The 2017 Financial Ratios & Operational Benchmarking Survey is open for submissions!
The survey collects financial and operational data in the areas of liquidity, profitability, asset management, debt management, value proposition, and marketing effectiveness. Participants can receive a comprehensive health checkup by comparing their numbers to other companies. Check out a sample page from the 2016 report.

Survey Participation Benefits
More participation means more valuable results, so FMA offers all who fully complete the survey a substantial discount on the compiled results:
- Company-level members who complete the survey will receive the results at no charge
- Individual members who complete it may purchase the results for $75
- Non-member companies who complete it may purchase the results for $250
- Final survey results for non-participants will be $395 for nonmembers and $175 for members

About other FMA Benchmarking Surveys
Participation in FMA’s Financial Ratios & Operational Benchmarking Survey is open yearly February through mid-April and mid-May through July the Salary/Wage & Benefit Survey is available to complete.
