Manufacturing Day 2016 Event at FMA

In Education by Mary Diamond

FMA was proud to hold it’s first Manufacturing DaySM event at our headquarters in Rockford, Ill. on Tuesday, Oct. 4.

The presentation began at 4 p.m. CDT and consisted of a panel discussion with four expert speakers addressing our nation’s manufacturing skills gap and how it will impact other segments of the economy. There was time after the presentations for a brief Q&A session with attendees as well. If you’d like to learn about the manufacturing multiplier effect, R&D impact and more, you can watch the highlights of the event in the video below!

On the day of this exciting first-time event, we shared the livestream video of our MFG DAY panel on our Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn pages for our online audience.
