Please note:
- Member Discount
If you are an FMA or TPA member, you will need to enter your member number on the registration form to receive the member discount. If you do not enter your member number, you will be charged the general rate. - Group Discount
If you are planning to register 3 or more people, they will be eligible for the group discount ($50 off per person). However, to receive the group discount, they must all be registered at the same time.
