Measure Your Company’s Performance
FMA compiles a number of industry statistics to serve as benchmarking tools. These survey products provide details on capital spending trends, salaries, hourly wages, benefits, financial, and operating measures to give your company a competitive edge.
For 21 years FMA has collected and reported salary, wage, and benefits data exclusively for the metal processing, forming, and fabricating industry. The survey results offer a detailed look at compensation for 69 production and administrative positions. Benefits information for hourly and salaried workers is also included.

Survey results will allow companies to evaluate compensation and benefit packages against others in the industry. Reporting comparisons will be made based upon demographic similarities such as size, location, sales volume, area population, and type of company.
