FMA has been publishing the Metal Forming & Fabricating Wage & Benefits Survey for shop floor employees since 1995. This survey is conducted every other year. Advantage-level members of FMA and TPA who participate in the survey receive the results at no charge.

Demographics
- All survey results are sorted by company size, metropolitan population, region, and sales volume.
- This edition reports hourly wage rates for 79 job titles, 10,842 employees, and 227 participating companies in the major metal forming and fabricating technologies.
