What is My Member Number?
This number is listed as Member ID or Contact ID on the membership card in your New Member or Renewal packet. Login instructions and a temporary password are provided on every New Member or Renewal letter included in the packets.
When you log in for the first time using the temporary password, you will be required to create a new password for future access.

Special note for Advantage & AdvantagePlus members:
To provide access to online benefits for all employees at your member location(s), a password for the Company ID number may be set up. Set up a company login using the same temporary password provided for your Contact ID, and share this information with your employees in order to get the most from your company or corporate level membership.
The Company ID and password will provide access to benefits and services only. Administrative functions such as renewing, upgrading, or editing the company data may only be performed when logged in under a Contact ID.
