FMA and TPA foster relationships with schools offering fabricating curriculum. Find a local educational institution that prepares students for careers in manufacturing. Or, if your institution has such programs, partner with FMA as a Certified Education Center (CEC) to take advantage of valuable benefits.

Scholarships

Since 1990, the FMA Foundation has awarded scholarships annually to students in courses of study that may lead to careers in manufacturing. Match your students up with significant opportunities to further their education.

Manufacturing Camps

Positively impact the metal forming and fabricating industry's future work force by helping to organize a manufacturing summer camp near you. As a technical school, you can apply for a grant to hold a camp at your facility.

Certification

Help your students establish their credentials and gain recognition for their skills and expertise with FMA's Precision Sheet Metal Operator (PSMO) Level I Exam or FMA's Roll Form Operator Skilled Trade Certificate.
