To be considered as a presenter at an FMA or TPA conference, seminar, or workshop, please read the following guidelines and complete the form below.
Required Technical Paper
Each program attendee will receive a proceedings book containing papers on the session topics. For inclusion, each presenter is asked to submit a technical paper highlighting important concepts from his or her presentation. The paper may expand on presentation materials and provide contact information for the speaker’s company. It may be submitted in the form of a previously published article, a formal paper, or a PowerPoint presentation.
Commercialism Policy
The presentation you agree to give shall be educational in nature and free of sales pitches and commercialism. While you are very likely to gain business leads as a result of this program, those leads may not be solicited during your actual presentation. Please strive to educate the audience about the options available for meeting their needs. Be fair in covering the spectrum of solutions and refrain from focusing exclusively on your product.
Company logos will be permitted only on the first and last PowerPoint slides. Please eliminate from your presentation any additional company logos and any references to product names. FMA/TPA will request that questionable items be removed from submitted materials.
The presentation gives you a chance to position yourself as an expert, and interested attendees may seek you out during breaks and networking receptions to request further company or product information.
