Mission Statement
The mission of the Toll Processing Council of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International (FMA), is to provide those who process metals for others with current and evolving toll processing technology through education programs, expositions, publications, and other means as required to improve quality, productivity, and service to the industry.

The OPC is an industrial association, formed by interested parties in the metal processing business; serving customers that include metal producers, service centers, distribution companies, and original equipment manufacturers; primarily located in the United States and Canada.
