Mission Statement
The mission of the Management Council, within the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, Intl. (FMA), is to focus on content and structure in continuing education through a variety of delivery systems, providing executives, owners, and upper management with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to improve and grow business performance, adapt to a changing global workplace, and prosper in the competitive business domain.
