Type of Membership

AdvantagePlus - details
	Serves a company with up to 10 facilities separated geographically. All company employees at all facilities are eligible for member benefits. The company must designate one primary contact to receive the renewal invoice and designate lead contacts at each facility. A total of 10 contacts are permitted. Membership dues are $950 annually.

Advantage - details
	Serves a single facility. All employees at the facility are eligible for member benefits. The company must designate one primary contact and may list up to four secondary contacts. A total of five contacts are permitted. Advantage Membership dues are $450 annually.

Basic - details
	Serves an individual actively engaged in or allied with forming and fabricating processes or the machinery and equipment involved, or the supply of a related service or product, or other related disciplines. One individual is eligible for member benefits. Basic Membership dues are $150 annually.
